Damn, its rammed. See my manager and Shortee Blitz and Asha from Choice FM, in fact all the lovely people from Choice are over. We all have dinner on Steve Gordon - real nice - then head to the party, which was phat.
After have a chat to Diddy who says "God bless you Sassy" several times. "God bless you" too P Diddy. People touch my butt all night as that whole butt press is out - oh well, someone's got to do it !!

I do nine radio interviews live, all in aid of safe sex. Its great to be doing this - I think safe sex should be the only sex, unless ya want kids that is.

The Sun and FHM Web Chats
Do a Sun Web Chat, which was cool, then a FHM Web Chat. They both ask me about Gilberto, but I'm not saying anything about that - I think your personal life is called personal for a reason, don't you? Ok, I do this Personal Diary and sometimes its pretty personal, but I hope you understand there are certain elements that I have to leave out. Let's just say its like a book, where the grey areas are just for you to make up the rest. Most people make stuff up about me anyway! Ha - who cares !!!

The Dentist. I hate the dentist. I couldn't get an appointment at mine so my mum booked me one near where she lives in Brockley where I grew up. I arrive and realise its the same place as when I was a kid and the same room !!! I get anxiety and remember sitting on the chair as a child only about six, and when they got the drill out I sat up and said "Thanks a lot, that will be all now : I'm off". Nothing changed this time !!
