FRIDAY 6th DECEMBER 2002
Sheffield
Beria drove all the way. After talking for hours on the phone to Scott, who is apparently going to give us his sat nag (hurry up now please!), I realise she is going in the wrong direction? She says this is a new route into town, however, we end up east and we need to be west! We get back on route and the rest of the journey is pretty smooth.
We reach the town centre and I feel us drive over something. Beria insists there is nothing wrong with the car, I know we have a puncture! Without a map I use my psychic abilities to direct us to our hotel, I do this often. Much to Beria’s surprise I found the Holiday Inn hotel, however, after trekking across a packed car park with all our luggage and boxes we are told it is a franchise and Holiday Inn we want is 20 minutes away! We get in touch with the Promoter, and finally reach the correct destination.
I have 15 minutes to get changed before my set and they send a car for me. I play for about an hour and a half. The sound system was phat, all I remember was the base sounding heavy on ‘Grindin’! Shout to the Promoter, the other DJ and the MC. I remember you guys from the days I used to play in Sheffield. Waited about two hours for my car to pick us back up. I draw for my Addidas hat because to keep my head warm and then back to the hotel where I discover my car definitely has a puncture - what a nightmare!
The cleaners break into the room in the morning as I’ve over slept, then I wait around for hours in the garage for a mechanic to fix my car.
Reach London Saturday night well late and for the first time ever I miss my next job (my manager’s launch night)! I have just enough time to pack for tomorrow. I’m up in a few hours time and moving to the Channel 4 ‘Celebrity 5 Go Dating’ house, where I will be living on camera for a week!

MONDAY 9th DECEMBER
Date 1 : Ander from ‘Model Behaviour’
‘Celebrity 5 Go Dating’ is a programme broadcast on Channel 4. Five female celebrities live in one house on camera for a week, and five male celebrities live the same way in another house. Each day one of the girls and one of the guys go on a date. By the end of the week every one would have dated each other. Scores are then given by each girl and each guy about every person they dated. The outcome is the ‘Best Celebrity To Date’ title.
This is my first day in the house, and I wake up really early. Well, I actually didn’t get to sleep as we are all sleeping in the same room. My date today is with Anders a male model from the programme ‘Model Behaviour’. Our date is on a barge and it was so cold. I had met Anders before on the Kickers Shoot I did a little while ago. I don’t fancy him, he is a bit modally for me, but it was nice to do something different. Come home from the date and decide to have a bath. In fact, it is the bath used in ‘Bridget Jone’s Diary’! Obviously, I’m wearing a bikini because I am being filmed. One of the other girls in the house, Hannah a GMTV Presenter, puts on a bikini and we have a water fight as the rest of the girls half naked put on St Tropez fake tan.

TUESDAY 10th DECEMBER 2002
Date 2 : Gavin from ‘Young, Rich, and Loaded’
Today’s date is with ‘It Boy’ Gavin and we are going to play Bingo! I have always wanted to have a go. Gavin is really good fun and loves HipHop! Although I’m not into Bingo we had a great laugh!
Emma being the ‘It Girl’ she is, f**king knows everyone, so she hooks us up some lap dancers for later that night! I’ve never had a lap dance before so I’m quite looking forward to it. About 7 guys arrive and there are only 4 girls here! They give us this wicked fire routine - we’re just breaking all the rules this week! My favourite lap dancer looks like Marlon Brando and we’re going to keep in touch, and girls, can you blame me?!

WEDNESDAY 11th DECEMBER 2002
Date 3 - PJ from ‘Big Brother’
We meet at a grave yard and we played ‘Water Colour Challenge’. As I sat down to meet PJ I fell off my chair but he came to my rescue and picked me up! He knows I have a thing for Spiderman and let me paint his face, although he didn’t end up looking like Spiderman I had so much fun with him, but still nothing more than a friend thing.
This evening we played our own version of ‘Can’t Cook Won’t Cook’. Hannah and I made the food while Emma commentated and Nicki and Danielle were the judges. I marinated tinned peaches and bananas in half a bottle of whisky and a whole packet of sugar. I then crushed wheat-free biscuits into crumbs with an unused ashtray, the only tool available (anyway I’m not eating it!), and finally decorated all the ingredients with a swirl of yoghurt and coffee. Hannah made some type of minced meat crisp bread sandwich, which obviously I couldn’t eat because I’m a vegetarian. I didn’t win the competition because everyone spat my food out onto the floor, apart from Nicki the page 3 girl, who loved it! Guys just in case you’re worrying I am a great cook - what would you cook with wheat free biscuits and whisky?! (Emails appreciated on this subject.)

THURSDAY 12TH DECEMBER
Date 4 : Spencer from ‘Big Brother’
Today I meet with Spencer from Big Brother at a gym in Covent Garden for a kick boxing date. I’m all ready in my gym wear looking forward to this date as I am the biggest boxing fanatic ever and I’m going to kick his ass! Spencer arrives and we get stuck in to kicking the s**t out of each other. I’ve got bruises all over but I had so much fun, although conversation was limited. This is my last full night in the house and we order take away. I ordered vegetarian sushi and we eat, drink and talk s**t until the early morning. Oh - I did put Hannah’s g-strings and favourite trainers in the freezer as she f**ked with Mr Jenkins (my pink panther bear) earlier. So to sum up my date today I would say that although the conversation was limited I loved the action so….

FRIDAY 13th DECEMBER
Date 5 : Ant from 3SL
I can’t believe my final day on Celebrity 5 go Dating has arrived! I also can’t believe my final date is ballroom dancing! I am given a red dress which my ass is too big for! Ant is given a Top Cat roll neck to wear! I’ve had a lot of fun, for real, also he is well fit but just too young for me (hence my date marks). Tonight we are all given our date scores with June Saprong. Much to my surprise I am announced the winner! I thought Hannah would win. We all go to Click and party all night, in fact well into the morning! I’ve definitely made some good friends on this show and have had one of the funniest weeks! Thank guys, you’ve all been great! X

Loaded Photo Shoot
Arrive at the Worx Studio in sw6 at 10.00am for hair and makeup. All the girls from the Channel 4 ‘5 Go Dating’ show are here and it’s good to see them. We are doing a shoot that comes out just before the show in April - so make sure you buy it as all the girls are hot! I end up shooting nude with a FAKE fur coat (would never wear real fur) but you only see my butt, no boobs - sorry guys but I have to save something for ‘PlayBoy’! (Yo, only joking!)

THURSDAY 19th DECEMBER 2002
Kuala Lumpur
Meet my Manager, Suz, at Heathrow and do a bit of Christmas shopping in the Duty Free. I buy my Grandmother some ‘La Prairie’ products, which she has been wanting for ages and some Channel ‘Madmazel’, which happens to be my favourite perfume. Long, long, long flight, loose, my passport on the plane, and then find it after a long look.

FRIDAY 20th DECEMBER 2002
Kuala Lumpur
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is wonderful. I go for a swim and get a bit of sun, but I am aware it isn’t good to sunbathe too much, so I catch up on some sleep instead. I then have lunch with the Promoters, Noel and Niz, who are great guys. I do a few interviews for ‘FHM’, and two music magazines, then back to bed - I’m so tired!

SATURDAY 21st DECEMBER 2002
Club Veva, Kuala Lumpur
I do a sound check in the daytime, have lunch and go to the gym. I have a great night and the club was packed! I play HipHop with a bit of Rare Groove, they love their Rare. I don’t drink alcohol anymore and everyone is trying to make me drink, but I don’t…oh OK, maybe a sip!

SUNDAY 22nd DECEMBER 2002
Kuala Lumpur
The day after the party everyone has a hangover, but I feel great! Well, I’ve lost my voice and I’m meant to be on the radio at 4.00pm! However, having no voice is not going to stop me from being able to shop, is it?! If you visit Kula Lumpur, you must visit the market and buy loads of things! We then head out to the radio show, Noel and Niz get me some ‘Fishermans Friends’, yuk, and I manage to talk for a few hours, although, I must sound like Barry White! I go over my Top 5 on the show, and then we are off to the airport. Emma (from ‘5 Go Dating’) is arriving today with Jimmy Cho, so I give her a call, it’s a shame we are here on different days.
I arrive at the airport and I am not looking forward to the LONG flight home, but it’s Christmas - and I can’t wait!

Christmas Day
I have Christmas at my mum’s in Brockley SE4. Everyone loves their presents and I even get my dog a really cool jumper! I always have the BEST food on Christmas Day. Thank you mum.

New Years Eve
This New Years Eve I was meant to be playing in Kuala Lumpur, but this meant staying after the last job and working Christmas Day also. There’s just no way would I do that, I think Christmas is a time to be with the people you care about, that means more than money to me. So for the first time in five years, I got to spend New Years Eve with my friends!
