I'm in Egypt for a week with Ricky and today we're off to Cairo to see the pyramids. It's my mission to see all the seven wonders of the world. This will be my third so far. Ricky and I decide to go into the small pyramid. We see lots of people turning around after entering. I soon realise why : you practically have to crawl in for about 15 minutes until you can stand up. Totally claustrophobic !! But worth it - it's amazing !!
Afterwards, a strange man offered me a ride on a horse. I said they looked too thin to ride. So he brought me his prize dancing horse - an arab - beautiful !! I galloped off around the pyramid and off in to the desert alone. Got a bit lost, but it was great. I want an arab horse now !!! That would truly be the best present I could get.

FRIDAY 20th JANUARY 2006
FHM Photo Shoot
FHM sent a car to pick me up at 7:30am from Bromley, and after a Star Bucks soya lattes I arrive at the studio. Regina introduced me to everyone. I loved my hair dresser - he's so funny. We did a workout-style shoot like "Flash Dance". The Polaroids look HOT. Afterwards, we did some head shots that I really love. The photographer, Gary Houlder, is really good.
The make-up artist had covered me in fake sweat. It's really sticky (yuk), but looks real. So, as I walk around, my legs stick together : I can't wait for bath!
Did an interview and was asked about two boyfriends (footballers). I said I'd never go out with a footballer again! They also asked about the ITV1 show "Poor Little Rich Girls" that's due to be out in March : it's similar to the US show "The Simple Life" with Paris Hilton.
It was great to shoot with UK FHM. I love that mag! Also, I'll be on their website soon, and on FHM downloads to your mobile phone.
After the shoot, Debbi sent me to go and see a director for a new TV ad. Then I went home to find my new wolf (he's a real Alaskan husky called Bear), had made a dreadful mess in the house. So, tidied up and then had a long bath with lavender oil.

MONDAY 23rd JANUARY 2006
Got a phone call from my baby cousin. Apparently some stupid guy is trying to gether on coke !!! I hate cocaine !!! It sucks !!! She said he had told her that all DJs and celebrities do it. Well, I don't. Yes, I do know some people that do, but I know it ruins their life, and any person at the top won't stay there if they do coke too much.So, any young girls or guys thinking about trying it, just don't !!! And as for my cousin's so-called friend, back off !!!
