SATURDAY 1st OCTOBER 2005
Los Angeles : Spiritual Healing
Sunbathed most of the day, then went to the Beverley Center with Betsie and Amanda. Got loads of bags. Then we all went to dinner. Betsie and Amanda went clubbing, but I went to get spiritual healing instead. Woooo. What a great night. I feel good. Thank you, C.

SUNDAY 2nd OCTOBER 2005
Inglewood, Los Angeles
Drove up to South Central to film. The people are cool down here : I used to live in Inglewood, believe it or not. Bought a new suitcase, then Money Train followed us in his car as Betsie and I took out hire car back. Always make sure you hire a convertible in LA, perfect for tanning.

Had lunch with Brian and Charnee, great interesting stories. Then dinner with Ashley, Toby, and his beautiful fiancee Jaimie. Lovely to meet you, you're a great couple.

MONDAY 3rd OCTOBER 2005
Bye Bye Los Angeles, Hello New York
It's sad to say goodbye to my new friend Charnee, but I'm looking forward to New York! On arrival, I love it! I find New Yorkers assertive and to the point. Maybe I could live here? After checking in to the hotel, Betsie and I go for a walk in Times Square. Wow. I persuade her to eat Japanese again! It's great! Every two minutes, guys stop us and ask if we are models. We both feel very scruffy, so although we both are models, its a nice compliment. We go for a steam in the hotel spa, and chill out. I try to find a lighter, to no avail : I've brought some sage to cleanse the room of bad spirits, but I can't find a light!!

I miss home a bit. I feel like I've been away for months. But I'm looking forward to shopping and going to Maxim tomorrow. Can't wait to see what Ben Sherman has for me to wear.

TUESDAY 4th OCTOBER 2005
Maxim, Sirius Radio & Ben Sherman, New York
Went in to Maxim New York. I love Maxim! Thank you for bringing me over, guys!! Then I'm off to Maxim Radio for my interview. Thanks for supporting my tune. After that Iwent down to Eminem's radio station Shade45 Radio for an interview with Lil Shawn. What madness. Talked about the benefits of drinking pineapple juice - it makes you taste better, in case you weren't listening!! Then we had a competition to win my underwear, well, thong! I asked who was my favourite rapper of all time. After about eight callers with wrong answers, finally someone said Rakim!

Then its off to Ben Sherman, whose offices are in the old Andy Warhol studio (he's my favourite artist). Got some great clothes. Thank you. I'll be wearing one of the outfits to the party tomorrow. It's hot!! Make sure you check out their website www.bensherman.com

WEDNESDAY 5th OCTOBER 2005
Maxim Music Issue Party @ Spirit, New York
After the sound check at the club, Betsie and I had to shopping. I got loads of bags : I love bags. Betsie got some shoes. Lil Shawn picked me out another bag, and then we rushed off to get ready for the party, after, of course, losing Money Train again!! We need to put him on a lead, he just wanders off!! We love you, Money Train!!

Arrived at the party in my Ben Sherman dress, which I keep falling out of, but this dress is so hot!! The party's at Spirit, the old Sound Factory. Shout to Eric my sound engineer and all the lovely people at Maxim : Dan, Sam, Josh, and all the others. Played my first set and then my friends arrived from Los Angeles : Ashley, Toby, Jaimie. Thanks for flying down guys, that's so nice. Shyste and his came down too, its always good to hang out with Shyste. Halfway through my set I had to go out on to the red carpet for some TV interviews and press shots, so the lovely Lil Shawn (Shade45 Radio) jumped on the decks for me : thanks a lot, I got your back too. Then after my second set, Joan Jett went on to play. Met her on the red carpet : she's cool, my mum loves her! She was amazing live! Went off to meet lots of people that want to book me the in the US. Cool. I need be back here. I love New York! Met Rachel Hunter : she's nice. And Vanessa Manillo (MTV). Thanks so much for what you said : you're great too! DJ Clue was there and loads of others, but I'm so hung over I can't think straight.

After the party, it's the After Party. So, me, Betsie, Ashley, Money Train, Toby, Jaimie, Lil Shawn, Shyste & Co all went to Club Lotus.
