"Slow Jam" Video Shoot, Ministry Of Sound
Damn - how long have I wanted to do my own video, and finally its time. My stylist Roberta is great, so thanks. In fact, everything goes well. And Ricky (from Dream Team) plays my guy. Eagle E and Fatima P all hang out after at Ministry of Sound.
An exhausting day, but so much fun.

WEDNESDAY 8th SEPTEMBER 2004
My best mate Shaun's birthday, so Shaun, Marie, Ricky, and me all go to China Whites and after to The Wellington, where we meet up with Betsie and K Gee.
Happy birthday mate. Got ya a wicked present !

FRIDAY 10th SEPTEMBER 2004
Went to see "Open Water" with Mr Ricky. Damn, what a good film. You've got to see it, but only if you like deep films that make you think. Ricky and I have a debate about the ending : I say it was suicide and he says it wasn't. Watch the movie and see what you think.
I always had a thing for sharks - I loved them, even as a child. My mum was worried about me watching "Jaws", until she looked over to see me chomping my teeth as Jaws ate someone !!!

TUESDAY 14th SEPTEMBER 2004
4am. Fly to Ibiza for the El Divino closing party and my radio show. Just got to say a big thank you to James for taking me to the airport at that ridiculous time !! Bump in to Trevor Nelson, my old manager, at the airport - good to see ya Trev !!
Had some spare time at the hotel this evening, and wrote a couple of crazy poems. Here's my favourite - hope ya like it !!

As I walked down the street I heard a giggle
And this genie jumped out and told me a riddle.
He said "Many things in life are great
But if you don't open your eyes it will be too late".
I was mad at the genie for interrupting my walk.
Then I bumped into an old friend, Stanley the Stalk,
Who told me he and the genie had had a talk.
He told me that the genie had given him 3 wishes
Which is completely unfair, as he knows his missus' bribery.
I was mad at Stanley for stealing my wishing,
So I walked on and ignored his missus.
Then 3 years later I saw Stanley in a rage.
So I walked up and said "Hey! What's with the cage?"
And Stanley looked at me and telepathically said
"I had 3 wishes but made the wrong choice.
If I had just one more I'd wish for a voice."

WEDNESDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 2004
Radio Show & El Divino, Ibiza
Shoot to my radio show on 106.5 FM Ibiza. I love my show, cos I can play what I want.
Then its off to the club, play my set, and chat to my DJ mate before I'm off again : damn, its raining.

SATURDAY 18th SEPTEMBER 2004
Go down to Stush Shop for a press call then back to bed, as I just got home from Ibiza.

FRIDAY 25th SEPTEMBER 2004
I've been invited to have dinner with Simon Cowell, Jackie, and Simon's mother and friend. They send me a car and we arrive at the restaurant only to find someone has cancelled pretending to be Simon (strange). So we all head to Mr Wongs. Have a lovely dinner and Simon is sweet, really down to earth !!
Later I head to the Hippodrome for my mate's birthday. I drink too much and break my football mate's chain - sorry. Feel sick now, cos I don't drink. Going home.

Gilberto has a real bad back injury - so get well soon, ok.

Maxim magazine has just come out - November issue. Its a bit scandalous, I'm naked. My mum saw it but liked it - things are looking up.
