FRIDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER 2005
Fly to Canada (or maybe not !!) : Heathrow Airport
My boot is stuck on my leg. The zip is broken, as I sit watching the "Delayed" sign at Heathrow, with one boot on and one off. Betsie is off buying magazines. What drama we had getting here! James picked me up and it took us 4 hours to get here, so we missed the plane. Now we're waiting for the flight, but if it's delayed too long I won't make the connecting flight to Canada.

As I walk to the wrong departure gate (twice!!), I remember my problem with zips. When I was only 6 years old, I zipped my jacket up to the skin on my neck, and had to wait for hours for my mum to come home and take me to hospital. I don't like zips, and they don't like me! Betsie tries to fix my boot and then my new Juicy Couture bag snaps!! Shit!! Oh well, we are boarding now, and everyone's laughing at me trying to get my boot off.

I've broken my pen, but I've just fixed the zip : Betsie was right, if your zip ever gets stuck zip it up to the top (this may take an hour!) and unhook it with a small pin or scissors (obviously not available in airports).

Charles De Gaulle Airport
Arrive in Paris for my connecting flight 10 minutes late and Air France didn't even bother to hold the flight : they are crap!! So Betsie and I went mad!! They put us up in a nice hotel "Sofie's", but I don't ever want to fly Air France again : they are rude and didn't even remember to book my veg meal after all that! So, 10 hours with no food. I buy some white chocolate, that's all I can find to eat, as I don't eat meat, dairy, or fish. Let's just hope my bags arrive in Canada as I haven't seen them since London, so I'm wearing the same clothes tomorrow as today - yuk!!

SATURDAY 24th SEPTEMBER 2005
Fly to Canada (at last !!) : Charles de Gaulle Airport
Finally I'm on the plane to Canada. But not sitting next to Betsie.

Arrive in Canada
DJ Donald picks us up from the airport. He is lovely, one of the nicest DJs I have ever met! He takes us to eat Japanese food - yum, my favourite. Poor Donald, he hates it! Then we check in to our hotel to chill out before my set. Feeling jet lagged, but not too bad.

U Nightclub, Montreal
Head off to the club. Shami (club promoter) picks us up in a Hummer : I love Hummers!! So I'm driving us to the club now! It's so smooth to drive. Shami said he's going to put my logo on the side of it! Cool. The club is nice, and the DJ playing before me is also cool. I play my set. Similar crowd to Ibiza. Then hang out. All the girls in the club are so beautiful - thanks to all of you that came up to me after my set! Some guy from Queens Bridge makes me laugh as he tries to chat us up, but I have to tell him guys are much more polite in London! But he was cool though. So, what's up Queens Bridge?

Donald later takes us to Circus Club. Love that club too. Its a different crowd, more street, but it would be nice to play in both next time.

SUNDAY 25th SEPTEMBER 2005
Montreal
Shami takes us out to look at his house. I'm sold on Montreal. I think I'm going to buy a house here! Then we're off to the Japanese again!! Please note, I only like Japanese food. Oh, and Ricky's spaghetti bolognaise, and my mum's Chrisymas dinner, and my roast and pasta! I miss home already, well Ricky, James, Bubbles, Beria, Shawn, China, and Ashon. So I go for a swim and then to bed. Night.

MONDAY 26th SEPTEMBER 2005
Fly to Los Angeles
Can't wait to get to LA. I love LA. Money Train called me, and he has loads of stuff for us to do. He's going to to pick us up. But first I'm flying to Atlanta. The Southern accent is my favourite, its so sexy.

Los Angeles : Strange People - OH LA LA !!
Everwhere I look people are reading scripts. Betsie and I go to pick up our car, and some mad guy wants to kill her!!! Money Train checks us in to the hotel, and as I look out to the pool, all I see if people reading scripts. When people ask what I do they love it when I'm a DJ : not another actress I guess! But in a few days, I will join the clique and be reading through my script, and I'm sure a new arrival will look at me the same way.

TUESDAY 27th SEPTEMBER 2005
Los Angeles : Hurricane Catrina Charity Event
Went to the Hurricane Catrina Charity Event with Ashley and Betsie. Lots of stand-up comedy, raising loads of money for an important cause. Shout to Theo, you're cool. Then we head off to party.

WEDNESDAY 28th SEPTEMBER 2005
Los Angeles : Jackson Family
Money Train comes over and we all went to meet the Jackson family at their baseball game. They are all so nice! I was such a big fan of the Jackson Five when I was a kid, well, who wasn't? Anyway, they're all down to earth and friendly, and watching the game was fun : the girl pitching was amazing!

Afterwards, Ashley took us to the biggest party in town, and Lisa Ronson (Mark Ronson's sister) was playing - she's hot. Everyone's here, from Brandy, to Paris Hilton, to Mikiah Phifer, Leonardo Dicaprio. Had a great night. "What's up?" to promoter.

FRIDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2005
Los Angeles : "Pimps n Hos"
Woke up early to go to over script for the reading of the movie "The Fast Life". Had a chat with Charnee, who is staying next door : she's friends with the designer from "Pimps n Hos" : great clothes! So, we're going to see him later after meeting the producer Mike Keen (who produced "The Godfather" and loads of other great films).

We went to meet Chaz, the CEO of the "Pimps n Hos" clothing label. Chaz is great, and hooks me up with loads of stuff. I love the style. You'll definitely see me wearing this label. Check it out at www.bhphinc.com.

Afterwards, I chilled out by the pool, and Betsie fell asleep as she didn't get in until 5am. Had a lovely chat with Charnee, she's got the most amazing aura. She's got me in to burning sage, and although I'm very spiritual anyway she has taught me two very important lessons. Amazing.
